CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: Refunds are granted up to 72 hours before your session. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. If you do not answer the phone at your appointment time for a phone reading, you will be called again within 2 minutes. If you do not answer the phone the second time, your appointment will automatically be cancelled without a refund or reschedule. If no one comes through during your reading and I am unable to connect I will offer you a full refund.
